Terry is a transformational leadership and coaching expert who works with individuals, groups, and organizations across diverse settings in the U.S. and internationally. She integrates her extensive experience in leadership and organizational development to deliver strength-based experiential programs that emphasize participatory processes, teamwork, and performance. Her focus areas include transformational leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and cultural competence. A certified coach with a PhD in Leadership, Terry’s work is enriched by her international community service, including projects with the Mayan people in Guatemala. An avid cyclist, she has traveled over 15,000 miles on a bicycle, including a solo cross-country journey for youth advocacy. Terry is the founder of The Children are Our Future, dedicated to childrens’ health and empowerment. Her vision is to inspire and motivate people to discover and share their talents, making a meaningful impact on their lives and communities.
