Oliver is president & co-founder of FANTOM, a volunteer-led non-profit collective working to support and protect alternative arts & culture in Montreal through research, advocacy, and solidarity initiatives. He combines his deep technological development background—which spans full-stack web, cloud infrastructure, AAA+ game development, robotics, and simulation—with his passions for music for community. With a BCompSci from Concordia University, where he earned an NSERC research award and won the Ubisoft Innovation Challenge, Oliver has nearly a decade of experience in diverse software projects, including UX and data science research, AAA video games, and logistics solutions for the UN World Food Programme. His additional expertise in design and communications complements his technical skills. Oliver is also an avid creator and curator, with experience in musical performance, event production, and multimedia installation.
